Shane is by far the best service person I have ever dealt with. My furnace went out this past winter and I solicited several bids to have a both a new furnace and AC unit put in. I was told by other contractors that it would take two days to put in and was quoted some really outrageous prices on lesser quality products. I even solicited a reputable family friend who did actually come in with a decent bid, was very knowledgeable, and offered a two day turn around. I almost went with him, but I still had an appointment with Awtrey the next morning. I am so glad I kept my appointment with Awtrey. I did not tell Shane I had talked to anyone else. He didn't ask either. I just let him quote me for the system I wanted. He came in being as knowledgeable if not more then the family friend and even quoted me a lower price for a better system then anyone I talked to. He even one upped everyone by stating he can get them installed in one day. He was able to do this be taking measurements and planning ahead. Something you don't see every day. It's been a few months now since Shane did in fact complete the install in one day. My new furnace and AC work great.
